“Mr. Circus” began his circus career as a juggler and had the ability of balancing a plow on his chin. Al’s various titles included equestrian director, and Director of Exhibitions. Al Ringling was the most visible of the brothers, always appearing before the public. Al was a diabetic and passed away after two years of retirement.
