Act : Poney Races

Alternative Names:
Pony Races

Ricketts first introduced this act on November 8, 1794. It became extremely popular and figured prominently in his shows. For this act Ricketts placed two removable planks on the far sides of the proscenium stage to briged the ground to the stage. He thereby created an oblong track for the race.
